Description
Boarding house is located only about 4 km from the centre of Karlovy Vary town, very close to river Teplá in hilly and woody surroundings. The place is very nice and quiet. You have a chance to fish, make trips to the surroundings as well as enjoy cultural life in spa town. House has 3 floors. On each floor there is one comfortly equipped suite, where you will also find enough privacy. One part of the boarding house is quite known garden of asian architecture with a summer terrace. Here you can rest and relax.

Accommodation
Our boarding house offers accommodation in four double rooms and suites (extra bed can be added to all rooms). Suites are for two persons (extra bed can be added) with kitchenette, own social facilities, hall, minibar and television with satellite. Parking is possible right b the boading house.

Boarding
Breakfast are included in the price for accommodation. Breakfast is served right in to your suite / room by the boarding house staff. The boarding house doesn’t have its own restaurant. There is a restaurant, only about 300 meters far, where you can enjoy any other day meal.

Sport and other opportunities
Boarding house has own outdoor pool (4x7x1,2 m). Water is heated by solar pannels. Other pools, indoor swimmning pools mainly, you can find mainly in Karlovy Vary. There are generaly many possibilities how to spend your time actively. There are tennis courts, bowling, sauna, squash, shooting centre, fitness centre,... in Karlovy Vary. You can also ride a horse here. There are also many ski centres around Karlovy Vary, for example Boží Dar, Klínovec, Nové Hamry, Pernink, Abertany or Potůčky.

Possible trips
Ÿou don’t have to bother yourself with how to spend your time, because you will have so much opportunities in Karlovy Vary that you wouldn’t even know what to do first. There are so many beautiful colonnades in Karlovy Vary where one can stay for hours. A lot sought after festival is the international film festival. If you fancy culture, nature and history you may visit Svatoušské rocks, castle Loket, castle Bečov, natural reservation Kladská, historical part of town in Cheb, and many others. You can also do fishig on the river Teplá or on two nearby dams. You can also use one of many touristic paths and enjoy very nice trip to the nature in the town surroundings.
